Duplex Filter Assemblies

Stainless Steel Duplex Filter Assemblies consist of sanitary filters, elbows, tees, tri-clover clamps, gaskets and sanitary butterfly valves etc. The two filters of Duplex filter assembly can be used alternately, it is available to renew the cartridges and clean the equipment in line. It is suitable for long-term continuous production, then reduce the production cost and improve the working efficiency. Sanitary duplex filter assemblies enables the pipeline produce purified liquids, it is widely used in the equipment of Brewery, Winery, Beverage, Milk, Biopharmaceutical etc.

Structure:

Consist of angle type filters, elbows, tees, tri-clover clamps, gaskets and sanitary butterfly valves or ball valves.

Material:

• Body: T304 or T316L stainless steel
• Other parts: T304 stainless steel
• Sealing material: EPDM gasket

Feature:

Duplex filter assemblies is possible to ensure the equipment continuous work online and don’t need to stop the production for maintenance. When it working, just open one filter and another is backup. When we want to change the cartridge, just open another and stop this one.
