Vacuum Actuators
Vacuum Actuators: Optimal control of valve position. The system uses a small electronically controlled valve to regulate the degree of vacuum in the diaphragm. In addition, adjusting the throat at the inlet to modify and optimize the air flow and air velocity inside the turbocharger is controlled by the valve and is driven by a vacuum actuator.

- 2. Excellent corrosion resistance.
- 3. Tested to 1 million cycles.

Rack & Pinion Actuators
Features:
- 1. The vacuum actuators are designed for both butterfly valves and ball valves
- 2. Excellent corrosion resistance.
- 3. High tensile steel springs with retainer and guide for safe and easy assembly.
- 4. A full ± 5° of travel adjustment in the open and closed positions, standard on all sizes.
- 5. Tested to 1 million cycles.
- 6. Operating Pressure Range: 40 to 120 PSIG
- 7. Maximum Allowable Working Pressure: 150 PSIG
- 8. Maximum Operating Pressure: 120 PSIG
- 9. Operating Media: Dry or lubricated non-corrosive gas.
- 10. Operating Temperature Standard: Celsius -40 to 94 ( Fahrenheit -40 to 200)
